Joey Vandaniker: Director of Business Development & Sales, Annapolis and Southern MD
Joey is the Director of Business Development for Universal Title’s Annapolis and Southern Maryland offices. He joined Universal Title in 2015. Having also served as an Operations Manager, Joey has vast knowledge of the Settlement Process. He still conducts closings and handles Operations when needed. As a relationship specialist, Joey excels in team building and has become a key member of the real estate transaction. Aside from having a background in negotiation and marketing, Joey is an attorney (admitted to Massachusetts), licensed title agent, and U.S. Marine Corps Veteran. Joey is a loving husband and father of 4 who enjoys spending time with his family when he is not supporting his clients.
